The Circuit of Change Wellness Program provides health-coaching, meditation workshops, inspirational talks and a book club. Retreats, teacher trainings and fitness DVDs are in also development. Brian and his team of Mindbody instructors are truly gifted at empowering members to sweat through transformation, inside and out.

    Derek's class is amazing, it's a great combination of yoga, boxing and other fast-paced training. He has great energy, even at 6:30AM, and always has a good playlist. I love waking up to his class because it really energizes you and you'll feel like you had an incredible full body workout. I'm definitely fitting this into my routine going forward!

    Olga's Mindbody Core class reminds me of a cardio Physique or Core Fusion class, without the ballet bar of course, but with lots of other moves to make up for it! The class is very fast-paced so feels like more of a cardio workout, with specific focus on core, of course, and also thighs, arms (lots of planks and push-ups!) and gluts. You are definitely exhausted by the end as you quickly switch from move-to-move to the tune of Olga's upbeat music and energy. Would highly highly recommend this class if you are into barre/pilates but looking for a cardio alternative!

    Olga's class was amazing!! She has great energy and the music was incredible! The class is a great combination of yoga/pilates meets bootcamp/kickboxing and a overall an incredible cardio workout. Olga alternates between lower intensity yoga/stretching/ab work and high-paced footwork including jumping/kicking/boxing with burpies/running/jumping jacks thrown in between. She also moves between each exercise rapidly and never keeps you in the same move for too long, which also helps keep your heartrate up. The studio is a great space but it does have limited capacity so I would recommend finding a time that is less crowded. They provide great cushioned mats but no towels unfortunately. Absolutely love this class--already booked my next visit!!!

    I loved the idea behind this plyometrics-meets-yoga-meets-kickboxing class! So great to get all different types of workouts in one, so one second you're doing muay thai kicks and the next second you're in downward dog, then back up doing jumping jacks, you get the picture, all in a constant flow with no breaks, so definitely gets your heart pumping. The instructor was amazing, he really cultivated a sense of support and community within a bootcamp setting, and even mentioned book club and themed workouts coming up for students. I thought this was a lot of fun and would definitely try it again, a great way to get in shape and get exposure to a lot of different workout techniques in one 60 minute class!

    The class was great!! The instructor was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the class. The class itself had a mixture of martial arts, yoga, and overall cardio. There were some challenging moves, but there wasn't pressure to perform anything my body/mind couldn't handle.

    Class is a good mix of vinyasa, kickboxing and plyometrics. Lots of ab bicycles, squats and burpees with quick transitions to each exercise to keep your heart rate up. Nice, bright, clean studio in a 4th floor walkup. Class is done barefoot and mats are provided. Class was full with lots of regulars so Brian knew most of the students in the class. Fun music too to keep you motivated!
