Irina Ovsiannikov

Irina began practicing yoga in 1998 at the Iyengar Institute in Los Angeles as a way to find relief from back pain. Irina had been suffering from back pain due to a sustained injury to her thoracic spine during Irina's earlier years in the Russian National Gymnastics Team. Regular classes provided physical ease from pain but she began to notice subtle energy changes in the body as well as the mind. It was not until Irina became pregnant with her son in 2001 that the true gifts of yoga began to unveil themselves. Irina enrolled into the 200 hour and subsequently 300 hour teacher training at Yoga Works in NY. Irina's main reason for entering the training program was to deepen her own practice. During her training Irina studied with Alan Finger of Ishta yoga, Jean Koerner, Marco Rojas and Vinnie Marino. Recently, Irina has been working with and traveling on ATP tour with several pro tennis players which provided great foundation and experience with injury treatment and prevention that Irina applies to her classes. Her Vinyasa style flow classes incorporate precise alignment to allow her students to explore the depth and freedom of each posture safely.

Jessica Pagan

After becoming a certified vinyasa yoga instructor Jessica moved to Philadelphia and while living there for a year her yoga career began to flourish. But there is no place like New York City, so she returned continuing to teach full-time at New York's top healthclubs and yoga studios. Inspired by renowned teacher Bryan Kest her approach is to challenge the body and to find a peaceful mind through vigorous asana, Ujaayi Prananyama and incorporating yoga into every aspect of life. Jessica believes that yoga is for everybody and that everybody should do yoga. Yoga is not something to be intimidated by. She enjoys meeting the student where they are right now! Enhancing their strengths and diminshing the unnecessary mind chatter (Citta Vritti) that can hold them back from pursuing their dreams and goals! All the while obtaining a rockin' yoga bod! No matter what other forms of exercise you do yoga is a great complement. But more than that yoga is about connecting to the things that really matter. Living in the moment, being grateful for a healthy body and mind, and taking the time to breathe deep and take life in.

Olga Dolynina

A trained dancer, Olga first discovered yoga as a result of an injury. She felt an instant relief, and one class led to another and yet another. Olga soon pursued teacher training to deepen her practice and very quickly found that helping others through yoga brought her a deep sense of contentment. Olga is a 200 hour teacher and has taken numerous workshops including pre-natal yoga, inversions/arm balances, power yoga, and restorative yoga. Her classes are dynamic, creative and an amazing hybrid of strength training and yoga. Be ready to sweat and enjoy an innovative experience unlike any other!

Sara Miller

Sara is a 500-Hour Certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga instructor. She teaches vigorous classes that energize the body and calm the mind. A daily Ashtanga practice, coupled with a wandering eye for Vinyasa classes across the city, make Sara's teaching an interesting mix of traditional and creative, combining strong sequencing with elements of pranayama and meditation. With a background as a runner, cyclist and sales executive, Sara’s teaching style is well suited to a New York pace of life. She believes that meditative physical exertion can bring clarity of mind, and that it's always a good idea to take a deep breath.

Zander Gladish

Originally from San Francisco, Zander grew up very active, surfing, snowboarding and playing a variety of team sports. He was injured many times and had to learn how to heal his injuries through physical therapy. In college he took his first yoga class and was immediately hooked. He was drawn to the physically challenging poses and sequencing, as well as the healing and centering components that the practice offered. Zander came to New York City over 7 years ago where he continued to study and train in many different areas of health and fitness including yoga, meditation, fitness training, massage and nutrition. He has been teaching throughout NYC, California and internationally for the past 5 years and excited to continue his grow with Circuit of Change.

Brian Delmonico

Founder of Circuit of Change, Brian Delmonico specializes in martial arts, yoga, meditation and holistic wellness. Having traveled throughout Thailand deepening his yoga practice, Brian’s teaching methods are greatly influenced by his Eastern studies. Holding his bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Brian's accomplishments include All American-Big Ten Champion Gymnast, Ironman Triathlete, Muay Thai Martial Artist, and his one of a kind Mind-Body Boot Camp .

It is from Brian’s extensive experience and love for everything “fitness” that sets Circuit of Change apart from others. His mission is to integrate the essential elements of fitness, personal growth and community connection. His gifts are as much technical as they are compassionate, taking the sincere perspective of supporting the Circuit of Change members as they sweat through transformation inside and out.

"Movement is the medicine for creating change. No matter what limitations you may be attached to, you 100% have the power to improve your well being, and live the life you desire. Make it happen!" - Brian Delmonico

Derek's class is amazing, it's a great combination of yoga, boxing and other fast-paced training. He has great energy, even at 6:30AM, and always has a good playlist. I love waking up to his class because it really energizes you and you'll feel like you had an incredible full body workout. I'm definitely fitting this into my routine going forward!

Olga's Mindbody Core class reminds me of a cardio Physique or Core Fusion class, without the ballet bar of course, but with lots of other moves to make up for it! The class is very fast-paced so feels like more of a cardio workout, with specific focus on core, of course, and also thighs, arms (lots of planks and push-ups!) and gluts. You are definitely exhausted by the end as you quickly switch from move-to-move to the tune of Olga's upbeat music and energy. Would highly highly recommend this class if you are into barre/pilates but looking for a cardio alternative!

Olga's class was amazing!! She has great energy and the music was incredible! The class is a great combination of yoga/pilates meets bootcamp/kickboxing and a overall an incredible cardio workout. Olga alternates between lower intensity yoga/stretching/ab work and high-paced footwork including jumping/kicking/boxing with burpies/running/jumping jacks thrown in between. She also moves between each exercise rapidly and never keeps you in the same move for too long, which also helps keep your heartrate up. The studio is a great space but it does have limited capacity so I would recommend finding a time that is less crowded. They provide great cushioned mats but no towels unfortunately. Absolutely love this class--already booked my next visit!!!

I loved the idea behind this plyometrics-meets-yoga-meets-kickboxing class! So great to get all different types of workouts in one, so one second you're doing muay thai kicks and the next second you're in downward dog, then back up doing jumping jacks, you get the picture, all in a constant flow with no breaks, so definitely gets your heart pumping. The instructor was amazing, he really cultivated a sense of support and community within a bootcamp setting, and even mentioned book club and themed workouts coming up for students. I thought this was a lot of fun and would definitely try it again, a great way to get in shape and get exposure to a lot of different workout techniques in one 60 minute class!

The class was great!! The instructor was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the class. The class itself had a mixture of martial arts, yoga, and overall cardio. There were some challenging moves, but there wasn't pressure to perform anything my body/mind couldn't handle.

Class is a good mix of vinyasa, kickboxing and plyometrics. Lots of ab bicycles, squats and burpees with quick transitions to each exercise to keep your heart rate up. Nice, bright, clean studio in a 4th floor walkup. Class is done barefoot and mats are provided. Class was full with lots of regulars so Brian knew most of the students in the class. Fun music too to keep you motivated!
